A WORD ABOUT BUGS

We are committed to making stable and reliable software products. Each of our software is tested for months under real-life scenarios before being released to the public.

You can therefore rest assured that our professional products will be relatively bug free. However, because of the vast configuration differences in users' computers all over the world, it is possible for unforeseen problems to manifest themselves and prevent the user from fully enjoying our product.

So what exactly is a bug? Well, if the program does something that it should not do, or fails to do something that it should do, or brings up a meaningless error message (e.g. "error: 0005Xf: Floating point inexact result") then it has a bug.

To help eradicate bugs quickly and improve your satisfaction level, it is important that you make note of:

  • The exact sequence of events that caused the error (i.e. what were you trying to do?)

  • The exact error message displayed

  • What happens next (does the program shut down or does it continue as normal)

You can then email us the above information. We also recommend that you include information on your system configuration if you know how to get it:

  • Memory (RAM);

  • Sound Card Model;

  • Processor Speed; and

  • Free disk space (where our software is installed).

Please report any bugs to Support Contact as soon as you encounter them.

KNOWN BUGS IN SPUNTRIX1 v2.0

Graphics Equalizer:

1. Attempting to play a low-quality song when a deck's Equalizer is ON will cause Spuntrix1 to crash.

This error occurs when:

  • You try to play MONO sound files when equalizer is ON.

  • You switch ON the equalizer when the above songs are playing

  • You try to play low quality, highly compressed songs (e.g. 8-Bit) when Equalizer is ON.

Solution: This problem has been fixed. Uninstall your current Spuntrix1 then  download and install the fixed version.

Please report any bugs to Support Contact as soon as you encounter them.
